Hollywood leftists have a new mission — prevent Brett Kavanaugh from being confirmed to the Supreme Court.
To accomplish this goal, politically outspoken artists like Lena Dunham and Amy Schumer have been promoting a protest against Kavanaugh set to take place on Thursday in Washington D.C.
Alicia Keys and R.E.M. lead singer Michael Stipe — both pictured above — are two more of the celebrities lending their names to the event.

The protest is being called “Bravery is Contagious.”
Organizing the protest is Party Majority PAC.
“We are standing in solidarity with all, ready to protest this Thursday,” reads a public statement from celebrities about the event. “We are with you from our hearts and minds. We will not all be in D.C. but ask you to walk out wherever you are.”
Celebrities who have signed the statement include Lena Dunham, Whoopi Goldberg, Maggie Gyllenhaal, Norman Lear, John Legend, and Peter Sarsgaard.
The statement continues, “We anticipate a vote on the Senate floor to confirm Brett Kavanaugh as early as Friday. It is critical we make our voices heard on the ground in Washington on Thursday.”
The statement also says the “fate of our nation” is at stake.
“The legitimacy of the nation’s highest court is at stake as is the future of our country,” it states.
The numbers of senators who are considered to be potential swing votes in Kavanaugh’s confirmation are listed. These senators include Susan Collins (R-ME), Jeff Flake (R-AZ), Joe Manchin (D-WV), and Lisa Murkaoski (R-AK).
“#CancelKavanaugh, Brett KavaNAH, Women’s March, Believe Survivors, Bravery Is Contagious,” says an online ad for the event.
The protest will take place outside the E. Barrett Prettyman Courthouse in D.C. on Thursday afternoon.
Though many celebrities are promoting the protest and have lent their names to it, it’s unclear who exactly will show up in person to show their opposition to Kavanaugh’s confirmation to the Supreme Court.
It’s hard to take politically charged, leftist celebrities seriously at this point. Lending their names to political causes only seems to hurt those causes, but they don’t realize it yet.

Voters are sick and tired of being shamed and bullied about their beliefs by millionaire celebrities who preach from their Hollywood bubble.
