President Donald Trump is addressing a packed rally in Missouri on Friday night, beginning at 7:30 p.m. EST.
He will be stumping for Josh Hawley, the attorney general of the state, who is challenging Sen. Claire McCaskill in one of the year’s most important Senate races.
Trump announced the visit on his website earlier this week.
McCaskill already has declared that she will oppose the nomination of Judge Brett M. Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court (she also voted against Judge Neil Gorsuch).
The rally is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Central/7:30 p.m. Eastern at the JQH Arena in Springfield, Missouri.
