A man who is considered “armed and dangerous” and who has eluded authorities for months was seen again on Sunday, after he crashed a car and escaped capture.

Shawn Christy, 27, of Pennsylvania (pictured above left) threatened President Donald Trump’s life in June in a comment he posted online.

A federal warrant was issued on June 19 for the suspect in connection to Facebook threats he made against the Northampton County, Ohio, district attorney as well as the president.

The man actually said, “Keep it up [John] Morganelli, I promise I’ll put a bullet in your head as soon as I put one in the head of President Donald J. Trump.”

Authorities say Christy has multiple state arrest warrants in Pennsylvania for burglary, probation violation, and failure to appear for an aggravated assault case, as local Cleveland news station Fox 8 reported.

U.S. marshals say that Christy has threatened to use “full lethal force on any law enforcement officer that tries to detain me.”

Christy stole a truck from the area of McAdoo, Pennsylvania, on Sunday, say authorities.

He crashed along Interstate Highway 71 in Mansfield, Ohio, at about 4:45 p.m., said Fox 8.

Christy took off at a run; authorities searched for him on 71, north of Route 13.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol recovered the stolen vehicle.

The U.S. marshals, the FBI, and the U.S. Secret Service are asking for the public’s help in locating this individual.

Christy is 5 feet 10 inches, weighs 160 pounds, and has a tattoo of a cross on his right upper arm, according to law enforcement’s press release, said Fox 8.

Christy speaks with a noticeable lisp and claims to be a survivalist, with at least one survivalist-themed video on YouTube.

The U.S. marshals say he should be considered armed and dangerous, and citizens in the Mansfield area should use caution. The marshals also caution that homes and cars should remain locked.

Anyone who sees Christy is urged to call 911 or the U.S. Marshals directly at 866-4-WANTED. Or text keyword WANTED and the tip to TIP411 (847411).
