Say something negative, or try to, about this president, and suddenly you get tons of attention.

Clearly that’s a premise at work for actor and comedian Tom Arnold — whose jump into the “world” of politics has been embarrassing, to say the least.

Arnold has thus far threatened to show up at 12-year-old Barron Trump’s school, said misogynistic things about conservative commentator Candace Owens, and delivered one of the most bizarre interviews of the year on CNN.

It’s all leading up to Arnold’s Viceland series, “The Hunt for the Trump Tapes.”

The show will follow Arnold around as he attempts to find an audio or video recording that will take down the Trump presidency — because, you know, if one person can do it, it’s the guy who is best known for a supporting role in “True Lies” and a marriage to Roseanne Barr.

At a recent promotional event for his show, Arnold targeted not only Trump but Trump supporters.

“F*** ’em,” Arnold said (how classy) about those who support the president, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

He went on to say he plans on making Trump’s resignation his mission in life until it happens.

“I’m going to do this until he resigns,” he said. “He is a crazy person. He is putting this country on the precipice of war right now. For some reason, I am in a position to do something, and it is working. And I am going to do this until that guy resigns and the world will be safer. It’s going to happen.”

Arnold also took to spreading conspiracy theories.

“You will know there is a pee-pee tape,” Arnold said. “There will be no doubt in your mind.”

The bizarre statement is a reference to some fake news from some time back — claiming Trump ran for president because Russia was blackmailing him with a vulgar sex tape that included urine.

Arnold also claims that “Apprentice” producer Mark Burnett has tapes of Trump from the show saying offensive things that could land him in hot water now.

“I would love Mark Burnett, who sits at the prayer breakfast with [Trump] — I’d like him to stand up and say, ‘We had to cut out all the lies, sexual harassment and incompetence,'” the comedian said. “He sits next to Donald Trump, and gives him cover. He never says one word. Mark Burnett says he’s a Christian, and he lets that man do all that bulls*** and he let a sexual harasser work on his show.”

Don’t hold your breath for anything substantial.

Arnold claims he also has proof of Trump using the “N-word.”

If anyone actually watches it, we shall see what he has when the new show premiers in September — but considering Arnold’s track record and very clear case of Trump Derangement Syndrome, don’t hold your breath for anything substantial.
