They probably had their statements and comments already written.
How Hollywood leftists get any work done these days is a mystery. They must be constantly glued to their televisions just waiting for President Donald Trump to say or do something — anything — to give them an excuse to put their thumbs furiously to their phones.
Trump’s Monday press conference with Russian President Vladimir Putin gave his Hollywood critics plenty of material, that is for sure.
Among the reactions: Michael Moore called for the president’s arrest — and “Guardians of the Galaxy” director James Gunn called him a “urine lapper.”
Chelsea Handler said, in part, “He didn’t believe it could happen, and it did happen. He did not stop them, so by taking no action whatsoever, you are carrying on the legacy of your favorite president, Barack Obama … Know that evil villains fall hardest.” (Her full tweet was too vile to display.)
Trump: “They (my intelligence officers) said, ‘I think it is Russia.’ I have President Putin (standing here). He just said it is not Russia. I will say this: I do not see any reason why it would be (Russia).” Arrest Trump when Air Force One lands. I want to see him in chains.

To think Putin only has a pee tape at this point seems unrealistic. I mean, Trump is certainly a urine-lapper (I mean, how else did he get HIS nickname, #UrineLappingDonny), but for Trump to be this submissive to Putin, there must be something more. #TreasonSummit

Unless one of the translators talks, we'll never know what went on in that Helsinki meeting. Putin's a liar and Trump's another. They are both showmen, and this is made-for-TV entertainment.
