Sure, it’s about making a buck, but healthier foods today are more accessible to everyone.
While we know what’s good for us and what isn’t at this point, there will always be questionable ingredients and additives that we didn’t even know existed. It can be tough to avoid every single food with color dye, preservatives, or flavor enhancers — and some ingredients in our food sound more like dreary reminders of chemistry class than anything we might pull from the garden or see on “The Food Network.”
