Several of Hollywood’s biggest (and most liberal) stars stood outside the Trump Tower in Manhattan Tuesday night to protest the president’s response to the violence that took place at white supremacist rallies in in Charlottesville, Virginia this weekend.
Critics of President Trump are upset with him for saying that “there’s blame on both sides” for the violence that took place. Trump condemned the white supremacists and said the driver of the car who killed a protestor “is a disgrace to himself, his family, and his country,” but many progressives were not satisfied.
Fast forward to Tuesday night, where video shows Olivia Wilde, Mark Ruffalo, and Michael Moore chanting in protest outside the Trump Tower. The celebrities can be heard saying such ridiculous things as “Trump is not America” and “Trump is not a legitimate president.” Watch the clip above.
