In an interview released Monday, President Trump’s first wife Ivana Trump said she thinks of herself as first lady.
Furthermore, she told “Good Morning America” that she has a direct line to the White House, but she doesn’t often use it because she doesn’t want to make Melania Trump “jealous.”
“I have the direct number to White House, but I no really want to call him there because Melania is there,” she said. “I don’t want to cause any kind of jealousy or something like that because I’m basically first Trump wife. I’m first lady, OK?”
These are certainly bold statements to come from the mother of Donald Jr., Ivanka, and Eric Trump. She is on a tour promoting her new book “Raising Trump,” which is set to be released on Monday. Ivana was married to Donald from 1977 to 1992.
