Vice President Joe Biden drew attention to Hillary Clinton’s severe unpopularity at a campaign rally for the former first lady on Friday.

“I know some of you and some of the people you’re trying to convince aren’t crazy about Hillary,” Biden told a crowd of her supporters.

When one is trying to convince people to support a candidate — it’s generally a good idea not to draw attention to that candidate’s likability problem and the mountain of skeletons she has hiding in a giant walk-in closet somewhere in one of her mansions.

But in reminding Americans that some of their peers “aren’t crazy” about Clinton, he no doubt reminded them just why that is the case.

There has been a surprising amount of honesty coming from Clinton supporters of late — Biden is the second Clinton surrogate this week to have let slip what is undoubtedly an inconvenient truth for the Democratic Party and its nominee.

On Monday, Bill Clinton reminded the country that Obamacare has been an unmitigated disaster.

“You’ve got this crazy system where, all of a sudden, 25 million more people have health care and then the people who are out there busting it, sometimes 60 hours a week, wind up with their premiums doubled and their coverage cut in half,” Clinton said. “It’s the craziest thing in the world.”
