John Brennan testified in front of the House Intelligence Committee on Tuesday and told lawmakers it’s not “unprecedented” to share intel with the Russians, as President Trump has been accused of doing. But Brennan also said the “appalling” leaks from disloyal staff inside the White House do the most damage to U.S. national security.
