Little Eddie Gaedel makes his Major League Baseball appearance with the St. Louis Browns in the most famous stunt ever concocted by legendary owner and showman Bill Veeck. At 3 feet and 7 inches tall, Gaedel approached home plate and Tigers pitcher Bob Cain threw four straight pitches over Gaedel's head.​
