Just one day after “Meet the Press” host Chris Todd grilled House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi on whether the Democratic Party’s leadership was out of touch with the current political climate, she made a pretty large slip-up — referring to current President Donald Trump as “President Bush.”
“While its only been a couple of weeks since the inauguration, we’ve seen nothing that I can work with President Bush on,” said Pelosi during a Monday press conference.
While it’s unclear which “President Bush” Pelosi was referring to, it was clear that her colleagues behind her noticed the slip — but chose not to correct her. Watch the awkward clip above.
