Taking shots at baskets or voters? While speaking to reporters on Friday, NBA superstar LeBron James took a dig at President Trump and those who voted him into the White House.
When a reporter asked him “This was the first year that players had some say in the starting lineup, how did you approach that process,” James stated, “I voted for who I thought deserved it, it was that simple.”
Going forward, he was asked if he thought the new approach worked as it was intended he said, “I don’t know how everybody voted.” James’ next step was to make things political by noting “There’s always goofy votes. Donald Trump is our president.”
