California Rep. Maxine Waters has said it is her “greatest desire” to have President Trump impeached — even saying Monday that evidence is not required for impeachment of the president.
The Democrat, however, was singing a different tune about impeachment in 1998 when it was her beloved President Bill Clinton in office. She protested the movement, calling it a “partisan impeachment” — sound familiar?
Waters called Clinton’s impeachment “a Republican coup d’etat” saying “Bill and Hillary Clinton are the real targets, and the Republicans are the vehicles being used by the right-wing Christian coalition extremists to direct and control our culture.”
Watch Waters argue against exactly what she and her Democratic Party are doing now in the clip above.
