After staying silent for days on Harvey Weinstein’s sexual harassment scandal, actor Ben Affleck finally spoke out saying he was “saddened and angry” over the allegations, and that they made him sick.
One person who is not buying Affleck’s statement? “One Tree Hill” actress Hilarie Burton.
A Twitter user pointed out late Tuesday that Affleck “Hilarie Burton’s breasts on TRL once. Everyone forgot though.”
Burton responded with the following tweets:

The actress then posted a link to a promo for “Total Request Live” from 2003, where Affleck can be seen blatantly hitting on her, even though she was only 19-years-old. Watch the clip to see if you think the actor’s statement was genuine.
