Ahead of former FBI Director James Comey’s Senate testimony Thursday, West Virginia Democratic Senator Joe Manchin appeared on MSNBC to discuss what he believes may happen during the questioning.

While many Democrats salivate at the idea that Comey may say Trump committed obstruction of justice, Manchin had a different point: “One of the questions I got most frequently from West Virginians, if Director Comey at the time was meeting and having a dinner with the president and he felt that there was crossing the line, if you will — why didn’t he act upon that?”
