On Wednesday’s episode of “The View,” liberal co-host Whoopi Goldberg floated a name to replace recently-fired FBI Director James Comey — and she feigned surprise along with the audience at the suggestion.
Goldberg said that former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani is being considered to fill the position, a decision that would make many conservatives happy. The host egged the audience on when they replied with gasps and shouts.
Despite Giuliani having said he doesn’t want the top FBI job, Goldberg and her other hosts used the opportunity to slam him as well as President Trump for even having his name thrown into the ring. Watch above.
