At Nancy Pelosi’s CNN Town Hall Monday night, the House Minority leader highlighted how she and her fellow Democrats “worked closely” with George W. Bush during his presidency.

“We worked very closely with President Bush on many issues. The biggest energy bill in the history of our country, the AIDS drugs, we wanted it big. We had our agreement on that,” said Pelosi. “The list goes on and on of so many things that we did working with President Bush.”

She continued to call him “one of the best presidents in terms of immigration in our country” — but then used this as an opportunity to slam President Trump. Watch the clip above.
