Wednesday morning’s episode of “Morning Joe” got heated when guest Sarah Huckabee Sanders defended President Trump for his swift firing of FBI Director James Comey — something hosts Mika Brzezinski and Joe Scarborough clearly didn’t agree with.

The Deputy White House Press Secretary even called out Scarborough for his past support of Comey being removed from the position, saying “Joe, even earlier this year you thought it was time for him to step down.”

Democrats are using Comey’s dismissal as a sign of Russian collusion in the U.S. election, but Sanders pushed that there is no evidence. “We’ve had almost an entire year…. everyone has looked into this and everybody comes to the same conclusion that there is no evidence of collusions,” she said.

That’s what set Brzezinski off, prompting her to say that Sanders was being untruthful. Watch the clip above.
