Many Americans know that President Trump delivered the commencement address at the United States Coast Guard Academy Wednesday — but what they do not know is what Homeland Security Secretary John Kelly whispered to him during the ceremony.

President Trump received a ceremonial saber as a gift from the Coast Guard, and General Kelly joked that “he can use that on the press.”
