Wednesday night on CNN, Anderson Cooper and Jeffrey Toobin discussed Neil Gorsuch’s Supreme Court confirmation hearing — and Toobin made an astute observation.
“He has a tremendous advantage in this circumstance. He knows so much more about everything he’s being asked than the senators. And a couple of times it really came back to bite them,” said Toobin.
