House minority leader Nancy Pelosi appeared at an event for Families USA Friday, which is the activist group that fights the repeal of Obamacare.
Pelosi’s strange speech had viewers questioning whether she was having a “breakdown” — because she was repeating phrases, ordering the audience to applause and called John Kasich the governor of Illinois instead of Ohio.
