After many of his teammates said they will not visit the White House after their Super Bowl win, NFL quarterback Tom Brady sent a political message of his own.

In an Instagram post Friday, Brady advocated for unity. In the post, Brady says “This is why we love sports, right? No dogma, no blind faith, no rules you have to buy into — just attendance. Show up, and miracles happen. People of every race, religion, ethnicity, political POV and lifestyle share a singular experience for a few hours and become one.”

Brady, who skipped the White House festivities when the Patriots won for the fourth time and Obama was in office, is known as a long-time friend of President Trump’s. Do you think he’s sending a message of support to the commander-in-chief?
