American media mogul and conservative commentator Pat Robertson says many of the people who are protesting President Trump’s “travel ban” are paid by George Soros.
“Trump is saying, ‘Look, there are about a hundred people that I think are dangerous to America and we should keep them out.’ And these demonstrations are all put up. They’re all fake. They’re paid for, many of them, and George Soros and those like him are paying the bill to make all those demonstrations look like the nation is rising up against this ban. It’s not,” says Robertson.
There is evidence that some anti-Trump protests after the election were staged events. Additionally, a Reuters/Ipsos poll taken one week ago shows that many Americans do support Trump’s temporary ban on travel from seven countries: At polling time, 48 percent of Americans supported the executive order, while only 41 percent of Americans opposed it.
