There are no hard feelings between Anderson Cooper and Kathy Griffin.
CNN journalist Anderson Cooper revealed he is still friendly with the comedian even after criticizing her for posting a picture of herself holding a bloodied Trump mask in May.
Cooper had previously called the photo shoot “clearly disgusting,” but clarified Tuesday night he’s still tight with Griffin.

“Yeah, we’re still friends,” Cooper said on “Watch What Happens Live.” “You know, I said what I said about I didn’t think what she said was appropriate, but I wish her the best and I hope she bounces back.”
He added, “She’s incredibly funny and a lot of people love her, and I think she’ll bounce back from this.”
Griffin and Cooper co-hosted CNN’s New Year’s Eve special since 2007, but she was fired by the network after the Trump photo shoot was leaked.
Griffin admitted in a press conference days after the photos made headlines she made a “horrible, horrible call.”
