Three-time Emmy award-winning actor James Woods, who has starred in blockbusters such as 2013’s “White House Down,” makes no secret of the fact he loathes Hillary Clinton.

He proves this almost daily — 140 withering Twitter characters at a time.

“James Woods has a reputation in the business of not mincing words.”

For example, in 2014, when Clinton said Hamas places its missiles in civilian areas because Gaza is a small territory, Woods attacked with acid, tweeting, “Hillary Clinton is nuttier than Nancy Pelosi, and Pelosi is the gold standard of nuts.”

It’s safe to say that 69-year-old Woods is working to undercut Clinton’s presidential campaign through social media. He’s even quick to flay her hubby, calling him “RapistBillClinton.”

Woods’ Twitter communication is impassioned, to say the least, and his online outcry against liberal illogic and wrongdoing is a clear voice shaping the national political conversation.

He garners more indignant and truthful steam with each juicy Hillary Clinton scandal. His 411,000 Twitter followers seem to agree with the anti-Hillary crusade — they like and share his scathing tweets on Clinton’s foibles and outright crimes.

Woods joined Twitter in 2009 and has posted political comments and memes since at least 2013. People have noticed.

Breitbart stated in 2013, “James Woods has a reputation in the business of not mincing words.” The same year, The Daily Caller praised him, saying, “Woods has been a prolific, highly articulate, and politically incorrect conservative voice.”

Michelle Malkin’s site, Twitchy, later called Woods a “fierce fighter for the truth regarding the tragedy in Benghazi.” Malkin is but one of the famous conservative pundits who retweet Woods’ posts.

Email server scandals, Benghazi, the Clinton Foundation, and pay-for-play allegations would seem enough of a treasure trove for snarky condemnation, but Clinton recently handed Woods even more damning material: conspiracy theories of a suspected earpiece used during the Commander-in-Chief forum last Wednesday.

Of the alleged receiver, which Woods reportedly called out first, he tweeted, “Earpiece? Crooked Hillary.” And to prove his question was grounded in fact, not tinfoil-hat conspiracy, Woods then tweeted a Wikileaks copy of a 2009 email from Huma Abedin to Clinton: “Did u take your earpiece or do I need to get it?”

Woods soon commented again, tweeting, “[Hillary] can’t even lie without help from a gaggle of other liars through an earpiece.” And, “She literally can’t help herself. She’s the kind of sociopath who will lie even if the truth were more beneficial.”

Once Woods revealed “Earpiecegate,” it drew attention across social media, including more than 1,000 comments on The Donald subreddit. One Reddit user wrote, “I commented earlier during the Town Hall saying [Clinton’s] responses seemed a little slower than normal. Now it all makes sense.”

Another posted, “Either she admits a health issue and says she’s deaf or she admits to cheating.” (Clinton’s recent medical crises lend credence to the theory she has major health problems.)

Beyond shaming Clinton, though, Woods’ tweets could be aiding Trump’s campaign on some level as the stars has been praising the candidate.

Woods posted, “Trump chatted once with my Mom at an event. A true gentleman. He never once neglected to ask about her by name for years thereafter.” And during the nominee’s Republican National Convention speech, Woods tweeted, “Trump is crushing it tonight. This is his most presidential moment. He is assured and powerful.” Many followers agreed and retweeted.

Woods’ caustic wit and demands for political truth have at times caused fans to question the future of his acting career.

In 2013, after censuring Obama’s partial government shutdown, Woods tweeted, “This President is a true abomination. To have barricaded the WW2 vets, but allow illegal aliens privilege …”

A follower tweeted, “dude, aren’t u worried about … u know … ever working again??”

Woods responded, “I don’t expect to work again. I think Barack Obama is a threat to the integrity and future of the Republic. My country first.”

James Woods’ bravery to protest political misconduct and speak truth is refreshing. He’s one of a precious few in show business to have that type of courage, and we hope he continues calling out scandal and injustice. Hollywood could stand to emulate him.
