Kevin Bacon and Kyra Sedgwick: He’s the ageless star of “Footloose.” She’s the resourceful actress who starred in TNT’s “The Closer” for seven seasons. Together they’ve had two kids, displayed a united front to the media and avoided tabloid headlines. Married 27 years next month.

Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson: They met on the set of ABC’s “Bosom Buddies,” but the sparks didn’t officially fly until they teamed up for the 1985 comedy “Volunteers.” The movie proved forgettable, but their bond never wavered. While they are no one’s idea of a fit marriage, the two of them can’t be apart for long, apparently. Christopher Guest and Jamie Lee Curtis: The “Halloween” star first spotted Guest from a picture of him in full “This Is Spinal Tap” regalia.
