Babies and planes typically don’t mix well.

Whether you’ve been the parent dealing with a fussy child aboard a flight or the passenger trying your best to politely ignore the screaming child three rows behind you — everyone’s experienced the stress of flying with or near newborns.

George Clooney may not have become a dad until the age of 56, but some may say the famously liberal celebrity is already a natural.

Page Six reported that Clooney and his wife, Amal, recently boarded a flight to the U.K. along with their newborn twins.

The filmmaker offered all passengers on the plane noise-canceling headphones, along with a note apologizing ahead of time if the babies cried during the flight. And in what may have been a stroke of marketing genius, the headphones sported the logo for Clooney’s Casamigos tequila brand.

Director Quentin Tarantino, who co-starred with Clooney in 1996’s “From Dusk Till Dawn,” was reportedly on the flight as well — and even he a took a pair of the headphones.

Despite the parents’ concern for other passengers, the babies “didn’t make a peep,” according to a patron.

Longtime bachelor and two-time Sexiest Man Alive Clooney told the French program “Recontres de Cinema” this year about being a father at 56: “We’ve sort of embraced it all … with arms wide open.”

The Clooney twins, Alexander and Ella, were born in June.

But Clooney’s gift to his fellow passengers doesn’t hold a candle to something else he did not long ago.

Rande Gerber, a part owner of Casamigos tequila, recently told MSNBC’s “Headliners” that Clooney once gifted 14 friends, including Gerber, $1 million each — and paid their taxes for a year.

Ah, what you can do when you’re Clooney.

“There’s a group of guys that we call ‘The Boys.’ George had called me and ‘The Boys’ and said, ‘Hey, mark September 27, 2013, on your calendar. Everyone’s going to come to my house for dinner,'” Gerber recalled.

At that dinner, Clooney gave each one of “The Boys” a suitcase — each one full of $1 million in $20 bills.

Gerber recalled that Clooney told the guys, in part, “I’m so fortunate in my life to have all of you and I couldn’t be where I am today without all of you. So it was really important to me that while we’re still all here together, that I give back. So I want you all to open your suitcases.'”

Gerber added, “He goes, ‘I know we’ve all been through some hard times, some of you are still going through it. You don’t have to worry about your kids, you don’t have to worry about, you know, school, you don’t have to worry about paying your mortgage.'”

Some of the friends indeed were financially struggling, including one who ran an airport bar. Gerber said he pulled Clooney aside and tried to give the money back. Clooney’s response? “‘I’m just going to make one announcement. If Rande doesn’t take the million dollars, nobody gets it,'” Gerber recalled the filmmaker saying.

Gerber said he eventually donated the money to charity.
