Comedy Central. This network doesn’t exactly come out and admit to being left-leaning, but it is dangerously close to becoming a superPAC for the Democratic Party. From “The Tonight Show” to “The President Show” — in which a Trump impersonator mocks the president for a half-hour — the network invests heavily in humor against conservatives.

“South Park” is the only show remaining on the network that skewers both sides of the political aisle.

But if it really wanted to fight off an image of comedy for liberals only, Comedy Central would pick up a show like “Last Man Standing.”

Comedy Central is supposed to be in the business of comedy, of course — not just left-wing comedy — and “Standing” is a popular sitcom with a proven audience and one of the most beloved comedians working today, Tim Allen.

The show would help CC open up its audience quite a bit and help it ditch the “left-wing comedy” label that people like Stephen Colbert and Larry Wilmore have given it. (go to page 4 to continue reading)[lz_pagination]
