Trust your gut. If a listing looks sketchy — it’s probably sketchy. Don’t risk your vacation on the account of your poor housing choices. There is a reason Airbnb is an established site and they require a certain process for both landlords and guests! Don’t be afraid to pay a little extra for that benefit.
