Donald Trump, during a rally Monday afternoon in St. Augustine, Florida, said he is the choice for the millions of Americans who are “fed up” with the “stupidity and weakness” of the “rigged system” and the corruption of Hillary Clinton.

In a fiery speech, the GOP nominee called for Clinton to be held accountable for her myriad of failures with just 15 days remaining until Election Day. Saying he felt the pain and heard the outrage of Americans who have suffered under the “lawless legacy” of the Obama administration, Trump promised to champion the people’s voice and carry it directly to Washington, should he be elected.

“The fact that the Washington Establishment has tried so hard to stop our campaign is only more proof that our campaign represents the kind of change that only arrives once in a lifetime.”

“For eight long years here in America, the conservative movement has longed to reverse the illegal and unconstitutional conduct of President Obama. On Nov. 8, we can wipe away the lawless legacy and create such an unbelievable American future,” Trump said. “We’re gonna either win this or it’s over — it’ll never change because the numbers are so stacked against us. They’re so stacked against making America great again.”

Trump hammered Clinton for representing a “rigged” system and escaping any consequences for what he alleged were her “many crimes.”

“The best evidence that our system is rigged is the fact that Hillary Clinton, despite her many crimes, was even allowed to run for president in the first place,” Trump said. “That the leadership of the FBI and the Department of Justice let Clinton off the hook for her crimes against our nation is one of the saddest moments in the history of our country. And we have to investigate the investigation, folks.”

The GOP nominee then turned his attacks to the media, claiming Clinton has corroborated with them shamelessly in an attempt to minimize her wrongdoings and shady dealings — while blowing any politically incorrect “glitches” he utters out of proportion.

“Without the dishonesty and deceit of the media, Hillary Clinton would be nothing. Nothing,” Trump said. “Here’s how all of this affects you: When the people who control the political power in our society can rig investigations like her investigation was rigged, can rig polls … and rig the media, they can wield absolute power over your life, your economy, and your country — and benefit big-time by it.”

Trump proceeded to connect Clinton and the media with the “elitist” mindset that scorns average Americans and minimizes their legitimate concerns in the pursuit of their own selfish interests.

“The media isn’t just against me. They’re against all of you … They’re against what we represent,” Trump said. “Like Hillary Clinton, they look down on the hardworking people of the country. That’s what’s happened. The media is entitled, condescending, and even contemptuous of the people who don’t share their elitist views.”

Trump said the lengths the Establishment powers have gone to in order to destroy his campaign actually lends credibility to his promise to bring real change.

“Together we’re going to fix our rigged system and deliver real change that once again puts America first. Change has to come from the outside or we’re never really going to understand it,” Trump said. “The fact that the Washington Establishment has tried so hard to stop our campaign is only more proof that our campaign represents the kind of change that only arrives once in a lifetime, and it’s true.”

Promising he will not let his voters “be the forgotten people again,” Trump vowed that after “we win,” the people’s voice “will boom through the halls of Washington and we’ll be heard all across the world.”

“I’m not a politician and I never wanted to be a politician, believe me. I ran because this country has been good to me. I love America. I could not stand by and watch what was happening to our great country,” Trump said. “My only special interest is you — the American people. And we’re going to solve the riddle of what’s going on in Washington. It’s time to clean up our nation’s capital.”
