Former president Bill Clinton has been referred to as his wife’s secret weapon on the campaign trail, but presumptive GOP nominee Donald Trump is gearing up to take him down as Hillary Clinton plays the “woman card” against him.

The only war on women being waged is coming directly from the woman who falsely claims to be the champion of women everywhere.

While Bill hasn’t been the best weapon in Hillary’s arsenal, he’s still a wildly popular former president with a whole lot of charm who can help boost Hillary’s unfavorable rating during the general election.

Undoubtedly, Clinton will go after Trump for his low favorables with women and point to his sometimes unflattering rhetoric toward them — since she has positioned herself as the “champion” for women. But he plans to hit her right back — particularly with her husband’s infamous indiscretions. How can Hillary be a champion for women when in fact she has a history plagued with admonishing and attacking her husband’s accusers of sexual harassment and rape?

Many people are familiar with the former president’s indiscretions with Monica Lewinsky, but what about with Juanita Broaddrick, Paula Jones, and Kathleen Willey?

These three women courageously spoke out against Bill for his inappropriate sexual actions, yet Hillary didn’t support them — instead, she publicly humiliated them and tried to destroy their reputations. Hillary, in fact, personally sought to silence them all.

At a recent campaign event, Trump took Hillary to task on the accusations and her role in the cover up. “She’s been the total enabler,” Trump said. “She would go after these women and destroy their lives. She was an unbelievably nasty, mean enabler, and what she did to a lot of those women is disgraceful.”

But in an interview with CNN’s Chris Cuomo, Trump also hit Bill for his indiscretions and argued that he — Trump — would be better for women than Hillary.

“Hey, look, he was the biggest abuser of women, as a politician in the history of our country,” Trump said. “She can’t talk about me because nobody respects women more than Donald Trump. I will be better for women, by a big factor, than Hillary Clinton, who frankly, I don’t even think will be good to women.”

On the campaign trail, Hillary has no problem going out of her way to shame the Republican candidates, calling them “terrorists” for their views on women’s health issues and for their role in perpetrating the so-called war on women. Hillary’s rhetoric toward her husband’s accusers shouldn’t be cast aside either.

“Bimbo eruption came out of Hillary’s mouth,” said Kathleen Willey in an interview. “And Betsey Wright’s [Bill Clinton’s former chief of staff] mouth. And she called Monica a narcissistic ‘looney toon.’ And she called Paula Jones, ‘If you drag a hundred dollars to the trailer park.’ And she called Gennifer Flowers a slut. On and on and on. So who’s calling women names?”

The American electorate needs to take a long hard look at these serious allegations against former President Bill Clinton and the role that Hillary played in silencing his accusers as well as degrading them. The only war on women being waged is coming directly from the woman who falsely claims to be the champion of women everywhere.

It appears as though the only presidential candidate with a history of silencing women is Hillary Clinton. She has sought to make herself and Bill out to be the victims, but in doing so she is showing what a sham her presidency would be. The only victims here are the ones who have suffered at the hand of the Clinton machine — tarnishing their reputations and attacking their credibility.
