According to a study released last year by the Pew Charitable Trusts, well over 20 percent of the millennial generation has at least a bachelor’s degree, and that’s more than any other generation. But according to another report from the American Council of Trustees and Alumni, 10 percent of recent grads think “Judge Judy” is a Supreme Court Justice. Do colleges even teach civics these days?
