On Monday morning’s episode of the ABC talk show “The View,” Ana Navarro defended CNN legal analyst Jeffrey Toobin, claiming that Republicans who support Donald Trump have “no moral standing” to attack him for his “masturbation scandal.”

“We talk so much about cancel culture, what I like to call accountability culture,” said cohost Sunny Hostin. “Where do you draw the line? The line seems to be constantly shifting depending on the person involved.”

“Were there consequences for his behavior? Yeah, The New Yorker where the workplace issue occurred because he was on a New Yorker call, he was terminated after 20 years of employment. There were consequences to his behavior at that workplace,” she added. “I think then we need to re-examine this cancel culture issue. There are so many people, ‘This person should be canceled.’ ‘This person shouldn’t be canceled.’ CNN decided not to cancel Jeffrey Toobin. Some people are up in arms. Some people missed his legal commentary. Where do you draw the line now?”

That’s when Navarro chimed in to go off.

“Something I would like to say, though, I saw a lot of people on the right come after CNN, comes after Jeffrey Toobin,” she said. “Look, man, if you’ve been supporting a president who we heard boast about sexual assault on video, a person who did hush-money payments to a stripper, then you have no moral standing to get full outrage over Jeffrey Toobin doing what he did.”

This comes days after Navarro’s conservative cohost Meghan McCain slammed CNN for hiring Toobin back even after he was caught masturbating on a work Zoom call.

“This is garbage,” she tweeted alongside a video showing Toobin on his first day back at work. “Why does the media protect these old white male dinosaurs in this industry? No woman on PLANET EARTH would be welcomed back on network tv after being caught masturbating in front of her colleagues. What does working at a food bank have to do with this?”

Toobin had cited working at a food bank as evidence that he had gotten his life back together in the wake of the scandal. Many, including McCain, were not having any of it.
