Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump announced the launch of Trump Mobile on Monday, unveiling a new technology and mobile service company designed to deliver U.S.-based customer support, American-made smartphones, and bundled consumer benefits.

The announcement was made during an event held at Trump Tower in Manhattan.

The sons of President Donald Trump introduced Trump Mobile as a mobile carrier that offers unlimited calling and texting, roadside assistance, telemedicine access, and device protection under one flat-rate monthly fee.

According to the company’s website, TrumpMobile.com, the plan will cost $47.45 per month—a figure that references President Trump’s current role as the 47th president, following his first term as the 45th.

A central feature of the venture is the pre-order launch of the “T1,” a gold-colored Android smartphone manufactured in the United States.

Donald Trump Jr. explained the motivation behind launching Trump Mobile.

“We’ve partnered with some of the greatest people in the industry to make sure that real Americans can get true value from their mobile carriers,” he said.

“A big part of what we’ve done right now in the world has been focused on technology for people who have been underserved, whether that’s been in crypto or anything else. But one of the places where we felt there was lackluster performance was in the mobile industry. And so with Trump Mobile, we’re going to be introducing an entire package of products.”

Eric Trump highlighted the company’s strategic move into the technology space, saying, “This year has really been a year of technology… More and more, our company is evolving into various sectors.”

He emphasized that all customer service for Trump Mobile would be based in the United States.

“Making phones in America—it’s about time we bring products back to our great country, and it’s about time we disrupt this space,” he said.

One of the company’s partners, identified only as Eric, spoke about the importance of U.S.-based phone production.

“We wouldn’t be right in partnering with the Trumps if we weren’t making America great as well,” he said.

“We want to help keep the jobs in America and build the phones and create devices for those end users here in America to produce jobs, produce and secure all everybody’s vital information.”

He added, “We have so much information these days that transfers through your phone, all that personal information. And why not have control of that from the beginning of when that phone is made? So it’s made here with quality control right here in the USA.”

Another partner, Pat O’Brien, said the service package was designed to address everyday needs.

“We’re not only going to be doing wireless service, we are going to be doing phones that we are going to build in America,” he said.

“Our call center is based in America, and we’re focusing on really making these programs great for American people so that we can actually deliver something to them that they normally don’t get, and that’s service with a value.”

The company also confirmed that it has partnered with Drive America to provide 24/7 roadside assistance, which will be included as part of the monthly service plan.

Device protection and telemedicine access—where customers can consult with doctors virtually and obtain prescriptions—are also included in the cost.

Customers will have the option to bring their own device or choose a Trump Mobile-manufactured smartphone.

Don Hendrickson, another partner in the venture, said, “So we have your health. We have your phone’s health. We have your car’s health. So we’re taking care of what matters to the American people most, which is getting to work, taking your family out and doing things that are worthwhile.”

Hendrickson also explained the international calling feature included in the plan.

“The unlimited calling to 100 countries will allow families to stay close together, whether you’re across the sea or you’re here, you’re going to be able to communicate and talk,” he said.

Trump Mobile is currently taking pre-orders through its website and is expected to begin full service later in 2025.
