Florida Republican Congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna recently revealed alarming threats made against her home and office within hours of the second assassination attempt targeting former President Donald Trump.
Appearing on Cavuto: Coast to Coast, Rep. Luna expressed concern over the disturbing incident that unfolded after far-left activists doxxed her home address, encouraging strangers to send threatening packages to her residence, as reported by Fox Business.
“It was brought to our attention that people were doxxing our home address and actually soliciting strangers to send threatening packages to our home,” Luna told FOX Business.
My office has received a very serious shooting threat.
This division and hate campaign against Republicans is going to get someone killed. I will not be threatened, intimidated, or bow down to those using violence as a means to push their agenda. We will win.

In addition to the doxxing, Luna disclosed a shooting threat directed at her office, stressing that this occurred shortly after the second assassination attempt on Trump. Due to the nature of the investigation, she was limited in sharing specific details but made it clear that Capitol Police are taking the matter with the utmost seriousness.
A Palm Beach sheriff’s deputy and a couple of first responders stand on Gun Club Rd. behind Trump International Golf Club where the FBI is investigating an attempted assassination of Republican presidential candidate, former President Donald Trump on Sept. 15, 2024.”I will tell you, this is not something they think is just a joke,” she said, highlighting the gravity of the threat. Rep. Luna also mentioned that the threat appears to have originated from a far-left activist based on the information gathered so far.
While discussing the chilling experience, Luna explained that since the incident, she has been provided with security to ensure her safety. She noted, “It is alarming that we’re specifically seeing that people who are simply fighting for Americans that feel they’ve been left behind or ignored by Washington, that we’re becoming the targets.”
Luna, a mother of a one-year-old, expressed how unsettling it is to receive these kinds of threats, especially in today’s charged political environment. She emphasized the heightened dangers facing individuals involved in politics as tensions rise ahead of the November election. “It’s a dangerous time to be in politics,” Luna observed.
Capitol Police have been closely monitoring the situation and have launched an investigation to assess the severity of the threat. As the investigation continues, Rep. Luna remains steadfast in her resolve to represent the voices of Americans who feel abandoned by the political elites in Washington.
