MEMPHIS, TN – Merely one day after the city of Memphis suffered a horrid killing spree allegedly at the hands of a 19-year-old suspect who livestreamed parts of his exploits, Memphis Police are bringing attention to an unsettling video showcasing two black males bragging about their intentions to kill white people.
As previously reported, 19-year-old Ezekiel Kelly was arrested on the evening of September 7th after authorities say that on that same day, the suspect went on a killing spree throughout Memphis – fatally shooting four victims and injuring three others in a series of unprovoked attacks.

Memphis Police are now sounding the alarm over a disturbing video posted to social media that was brought to their attention, with authorities issuing the following statement on the matter:
“On Thursday, September 8, 2022, the Memphis Police Department was advised of threats of violence directed at members of our community. These terroristic threats were posted on social media platforms and specific threats to events occurring in the City of Memphis.
“The two suspects making the threats are described as two black males between the ages of 18 to 21 years of age. Investigators need assistance identifying the individuals in the video, which is attached to this release.
“Anyone with information about this incident should call Crime Stoppers at 901-528-CASH. You will be given a secret ID number, and your identification will remain completely anonymous.”
In the video Memphis Police are referring to, the individual who appears to be filming says in the short clip, “On God…them white folks finna to not like black people. Then they finna be marching on the riverside ‘White Lives Matter,’ y’all ass is through…white folks finna hate black people, I hope y’all know it. I’m gonna take this shit back to racism, I hope y’all ready. I’m fixing to go Zeek mode on nothing but white people. I’ll kill any white ho on the side, and we won’t get caught tonight. We already shot an old white man, I’m finna to shoot a white old lady, shit, while her grandkids in the car.”
For the sake of context, the suspect’s mentioning of going “Zeek mode” refers to the recently arrested killing spree suspect Ezekiel Kelly who apparently went my the nickname “Zeek Huncho.”
As heard in the video, an individual in the backseat of the vehicle can be heard talking about Eliza Fletcher, a 34-year-old white woman who was kidnapped in Memphis earlier in September while jogging and was later found killed. The suspect arrested in her abduction and murder happens to be a black male identified as 38-year-old Cleotha Abston.
Officials have yet to announce whether any leads have come in regarding the identities of the men seen in the video.
