There is no denying the outlandish and divisive comments made by Joe Biden over the last two years. Although presented as the best option for America, it wasn’t long after he entered the White House that he fell into his old habits of fumbling his words and stumbling around the stage. Apparently, his antics became such a big issue that an entire White House set was built for him that included a window that allowed the administration to change the scenery and weather. Still, that didn’t seem to help as Amtrak Joe shook hands with imaginary people, declared the COVID-19 pandemic was over, and in his latest mishap, forgot that Indiana Representative Jackie Walorski passed away in August after a tragic car accident.

In the video, which can be watched below, Joe Biden was speaking at the White House Conference on Health, Nutrition, and Hunger when he moved to honor Republican Jackie Walorski for being one of four who pushed the legislation last year.

The only problem being that she passed away and therefore was obviously not present. Still, Biden stated, “I want to thank all of you here, including bipartisan elected officials like … Senator Braun, Senator Booker, Representative … Jackie, Jackie are you here? I think she was going to be here to help make this a reality.”

Again, Jackie Walorski passed away on August 3rd when she and two of her staffers, Emma Thomson and Zachary Potts, hit another vehicle. According to police, Potts, who was driving, somehow turned into oncoming traffic. Elkhart County Sheriff’s Office shared, “A northbound passenger car traveled left of center and collided head-on with a southbound sports utility vehicle. All three occupants in the southbound vehicle died as a result of their injuries: Jackie Walorski, 58, Elkhart, Indiana Zachery Potts, 27, Mishawaka, Indiana Emma Thomson, 28, Washington, DC. The sole occupant of the northbound vehicle, Edith Schmucker, 56, Nappanee, Indiana, was pronounced deceased at the scene.”

What makes Joe Biden’s statement even worse is the fact he remembered the Republican that day in a press release. It read, “Jill and I are shocked and saddened by the death of Congresswoman Jackie Walorski of Indiana along with two members of her staff in a car accident today in Indiana.” He added, “We may have represented different parties and disagreed on many issues, but she was respected by members of both parties for her work on the House Ways and Means Committee on which she served. She also served as co-chair of the House Hunger Caucus, and my team and I appreciated her partnership as we plan for a historic White House Conference on Hunger, Nutrition, and Health this fall that will be marked by her deep care for the needs of rural America.”

Although sending his deepest condolences to their families, it seems that time does heal all wounds as he didn’t even remember the loss.
