During an appearance on Steve Bannon’s “War Room,” Revolver News’ Darren Beattie dished out some heavy criticism of Joe Biden’s September 1st national address, pointing out the president’s rhetoric aimed toward conservative Americans was far more harsh than any sort of rhetoric Biden has aimed toward our nation’s “foreign adversaries.”

Biden’s address delivered at Independence Hall in Philadelphia on the evening of September 1st had already come under intense scrutiny due to the tone and content of the speech itself, with Biden expressing intense ire toward MAGA Republicans incessantly throughout the address.

The president left little to the imagination with respect to his sentiments on approximately half of all Americans, claiming conservatives are fanning “the flames of political violence” and asserted that they’re “a threat to our personal rights, to the pursuit of justice, to the rule of law.”

Beattie from Revolver News weighed in on Biden’s speech while appearing on Bannon’s podcast on September 2nd, remarking on how Biden’s language used during the address is far from being accidental but rather meant to serve as a signal that Biden is declaring a “war” against conservative Americans.

“Biden was very clear about it – he was very clear in the language he used. He said, ‘MAGA Republicans,’ which constitutes, you know, just about half the country. This is not a marginal group. MAGA Republicans are ‘outside of the norm,’ they’re ‘in the extreme,’ they ‘don’t abide by constitutional norms,’ – all of the language that you would expect someone to use if they were trying to marginalize and justify an imminent attack using the apparatus of the state. That was the language that he used. This is not a political speech, it is a declaration of war against American citizens. And I think we need to take it very, very seriously.”

Beattie cautioned that the Biden administration is hoping to spark a reaction out of Trump supporters, saying “they would like nothing more” than to see Trump supporters react violently as they can beat that drum for years on end in a fashion similar to Charlottesville or January 6.

The Revolver News contributor emphasized that conservatives need to take their grievances to the ballot box at the local, state, and national levels in order to send a message to D.C. and to get Biden and his cohorts packing, stressing that the aggrieved owe this administration no recognition of any sort of legitimacy.

“This regime has declared war on about half of the American people, and I think the American people who bear the brunt of those hostilities, you owe the system nothing. You don’t owe the system anything – the system hates you. And so you need to actively participate as much as you can…go into the school boards, vote, do everything you can but don’t lend the system a false sense of legitimacy when it’s doing everything it can to demonize you.”

Beattie capped things off by again revisiting the tone and rhetoric from Biden’s Philadelphia address, highlighting that Biden has never spoken in such a fashion when it pertains to America’s foreign enemies.

“And look, this kind of rhetoric that we saw from Biden, he doesn’t talk that way about any foreign adversary. Show me a clip of Biden using that sort of language against China, against Russia, against Iran, against any of these alleged foreign adversaries you can’t because his number one enemy is the American people.”
