BLM Protests Against (False) Police Brutality Outside The Queens Memorial

While leaders all around the world travel to the UK, honoring the late Queen Elizabeth II, Black Lives Matter activists decided there was no better time to protest police brutality. Positioning themselves right outside of Scotland Yard, which is only a short distance from the Queen’s memorial, Black Lives Matter chanted, “No justice, No Peace.” The activists were also accompanied by other groups like Stand up to Racism, 4 Front, and numerous politicians who align themselves with the movement like Jeremy Corbyn. The only problem, besides protesting while people are mourning, the activists demanded justice for 23-year-old Chris Kaba, a rapper who was shot by the police. But it’s what led to the police killing Kaba, which the protesters forgot to mention.

During the protest, Marcia Rigg declared, “Another one, another black man shot unnecessarily by the Metropolitan Police and what a week for it to happen, this week, the whole country is grieving. We are grieving for our loved ones, our kings, our Queens. Let’s not forget that. Have you noticed most of this fight is done by strong, black queens, right?” Marica was the sister of Sean Riggs, who died in custody after a schizophrenic episode leading to cardiac arrest.

The former leader of the Labour Party, Jeremy Corbyn, added, “despite everything else that is going on and the national mourning that is going on, the fact that we are here is very important. It’s bearing witness with the family to their tragedy. We cannot have a situation where someone is shot dead through the windscreen of a car, and the officer concerned was not immediately suspended from the police force. In any other job, professional walk of life, if someone else dies as a result, possibly of your actions, you get suspended.”

The cousin to rapper Chris Kaba, Jefferson Bosela, recounted the moment he saw his family member’s body, “The whole time I was just thinking Chris, just get up, please. I’m a huge believer in God, and Thomas Jefferson once said ‘the justice of God never sleeps’, so he’s not here, and he doesn’t have a voice, but we have a voice and I’m going to fight for him until the end because this isn’t normal, we can’t let them get away with this. He was a human being, he had fears, he was once a child, he was at school, he was looking forward to things, he was a soon-to-be father, and he won’t have that anymore, for what reason, why?”

According to reports, the police officers engaged the rapper after he led them through a car chase. The officer who discharged his weapon claimed that Chris Kaba was driving his car straight at the law enforcement when lethal force was used. The Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) stated, “The officer [who shot Kaba] has said he was faced with a lethal weapon as the car was being driven towards him at speed. He followed correct training procedures. He could have been killed if he had not fired.”

Hope Brits are hard these BLM types

Let nobody get carried away by the misdirected claims and false assertions of the few well-known leftist fanatics determined to fire up any form of racially motivated violence they can, simply because that remains their primary interest.
Britain is not the USA – excepting a few isolated pockets of permanent radicalism which resists all reasonable attempts to resolve their issues because without the “issues” they have nothing to give to humanity.
