Abortion has recently been thrust into the limelight following the Dobbs decision by the Supreme Court, which essentially overturned the Roe v Wade case and returned the decision regarding legality of abortions to the states.
Leftist activists almost instantly started their gross protests which included doing things like putting fake blood (or at least we hope it’s fake) in the crotch of their pants while holding signs that say things like “abortion on demand and without apology.”
Rise 4 Abortion Rights is a group that has openly encouraged this kind of sick behavior. They encourage people, too, to wear green to support abortion, and group members have shown up to events half naked (including to a church and a basketball game). One woman also mailed period blood to the Supreme Court.
While activists scream that abortion is a woman’s right and simply a health care choice rather than killing a human being, the crux of the argument rests on whether one believes life starts at conception or once the baby has left the mother’s womb. But no matter one’s religious, spiritual, or philosophical beliefs, once confronted with the realities of abortions, most people with any sense of human decency would be appalled and convinced of the wrongness of the act.
As such, the importance of truth telling is once again proven, and in this case, the truth must also be shown.
Recently, Life News shared a social media post that showed images of the reality of abortion procedures. The images show the baby being ripped limb by limb from the mother’s uterus with forceps before the head is crushed and pulled out as well.
What the images, which are disturbing enough on their own, leave out, is that the brain is first suctioned out of the head before it can be crushed. Foundations of Life talks about the procedure, saying, “Grasping a leg with forceps, the doctor delivers the fetus up to the head. Next, scissors are inserted into the base of the skull to create an opening. A suction catheter is placed into the opening to remove the brain. The skull collapses and the fetus is removed.”
While many sites share the procedures in writing, they leave out the images, which can be upsetting to many. But, while it is upsetting, it’s also necessary; if the truth won’t be heard by words (or read, in this case), it must be shown.
The shocking, hard reality is just that: reality. Shouldn’t every woman see exactly what will happen to her baby should she choose abortion over life? A heartbeat can be detected at just 18 days, at five weeks it has a brain and spinal column, and at nine weeks there are arms, legs, fingers, toes, eyes, ears, brain waves.
Even so, activists argue for partial birth (or even up to birth) abortions, when in reality, the human heart starts beating at just 18 days, and that’s counting from the first day of the mother’s last period, not even from conception.
Further, while it was once believed that fetuses do not feel pain, it’s recently been discovered that babies in utero can actually feel pain at as early as 12 weeks. According to a 2020 study titled “Reconsidering Fetal Pain,” researchers found, “Overall, the evidence, and a balanced reading of the evidence, points towards an immediate and unreflective pain experience mediated by the developing function of the nervous system as early as 12 weeks.”
Documentaries have been made that share the tough images no one wants to see but abortion activists need to, such as the Matter of Life, which also talks extensively about Planned Parenthood and their radical pro-abortion agenda.
These are the types of documentaries that it would be good to make a requirement for women to view before going through an abortion, much like these difficult images. The clinics that perform abortion, however, are counting on women following through to fulfill their agenda, so that’s not likely to happen.
It’s incumbent upon us, then, whether we are Christians or simply believe that abortion is wrong, to share these documentaries, procedures, and images with others. As difficult as it is to see, being honest with women as to what will happen to their unborn child may just be the difference between life and death.

Every dem/communist ought to be made to look at this how can a Dr do this and live with him or herself or what ever they are monster comes to mind.The one sure way of not needing an abortion is keep your pants up and your knees together simple as that.What ever happened to the word no when it comes to having sex? When I was young that word was heard often especially by me.Abortion is murder no way around that fact .How many Edisons have been killed in the last fifty years? I am tired of hearing about not being able to take care of a baby why do you do the deed then everyone knows what causes babies don’t do it what about self control that is a word the dem/communists don’t know the meaning of.
These images show just how barbaric abortion really is. Anyone who supports this is not human at all.
