Since January of 2020, not only America, but the entire world has learned of the famed Dr. Anthony Fauci thanks to his ongoing effort to fight the coronavirus. Serving under both former President Donald Trump and current President Joe Biden, the doctor positioned himself at the forefront of the pandemic. It should be noted that during the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr. Fauci used his status to propel himself into the spotlight. Almost nightly, the doctor appeared on the news or held a press conference about the dangers of the virus and the importance of masking and taking the FDA-approved drug. The only problem, COVID-19 continues to be a part of life. And given the response the doctor recently received at a baseball game, Fauci might not be the most popular.

For the past two years, struggling to contain the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr. Fauci appeared to change his perspective numerous times. It got so bad that Donald Trump often mocked the doctor about it. And as mentioned above, on Tuesday Dr. Fauci graced the fans at the Mariners vs. Yankees game, hoping to throw the first pitch. While he got his chance, fans viciously booed him as he walked out. One fan can be heard yelling, “loser” at the doctor.
When looking at Dr. Fauci’s approval rating amongst voters, the Daily Mail reported, “58.9 percent of independent voters believe Dr. Fauci should resign his position and role in leading the government’s COVID-19 response to allow for new leadership, a poll by Convention of States Action showed earlier this year.”
Not just throwing the first pitch at a baseball game, but on the same day, Dr. Fauci complained about the backlash he and the Biden administration received when it came to the mandatory masking. Speaking at an event hosted by the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center, he said, “When you tell people they need to mask in an indoor congregate setting when you’re in a zone that has a high dynamic of infection — that is looked upon by a lot of people, not everybody, as an encroachment on your freedom.” He added, “We’ve never had that before. It’s almost inexplicable.”
That wasn’t all that the doctor had issues with as he continued to harp on the number of people who haven’t received their booster shot. “You have people who don’t want to get vaccinated for any of a variety of reasons, ranging from pure anti-vax to just because we’re telling them to get vaccinated. We’re in a very difficult situation. We have 67% of our population vaccinated. Of those, one-half are boosted. That means a third of the people in the country are vaccinated and properly boosted. How could that possibly be when you have a disease that’s killed one million Americans and you have a hesitancy to use a life-saving intervention, which is a vaccine and a booster? It seems like — what world are we living in?”

To hear Fauci talk about a “disease that’s killed one million Americans…” should make one shudder. He, himself, is to blame for this disease, and any subsequent ones that originate in the Wuhan labs he is financing with taxpayer dollars. We are paying for his research into “gain of function.” That means we are financing our own death. This man should be prosecuted, not given a baseball.
