WASHINGTON, DC – According to reports, Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh was forced to flee out the back door of a DC steakhouse earlier in July after an unruly mob of pro-abortion activists stormed the eatery to decry the Supreme Court’s overturning of Roe v. Wade this past June.

The incident reportedly occurred at the Morton’s Steakhouse in DC on the evening of July 6th, after pro-abortion activists learned that Justice Kavanaugh was enjoying dinner there.

While it is unclear how said protesters obtained this information, the group of malefactors positioned themselves outside of the eatery, while supporters of their efforts began calling the steakhouse and demanding that they kick Justice Kavanaugh out.

Justice Kavanaugh reportedly was forced to exit through the establishment’s back door in light of the unruly crowd that had amassed outside the restaurant’s main entrance.

Writing for Politico, Daniel Lippman claimed to have “looked into the incident” and confirmed that said protesters had arrived at Morton’s to accost the Supreme Court justice, but asserted, “a person familiar with the situation said he did not hear or see the protesters and ate a full meal but left before dessert.”

Morton’s Steakhouse issued a statement on the matter, condemning the actions of the mob that disrupted the meals of all their patrons, including Justice Kavanaugh.

“Honorable Supreme Court Justice Kavanaugh and all of our other patrons at the restaurant were unduly harassed by unruly protestors while eating dinner at our Morton’s restaurant. Politics, regardless of your side or views, should not trample the freedom at play of the right to congregate and eat dinner. There is a time and place for everything. Disturbing the dinner of all of our customers was an act of selfishness and void of decency.”

The Supreme Court has yet to directly issue a statement regarding the incident.

The pro-abortion crowd seemingly hellbent on promulgating the false assumption that killing children in-utero is somehow a constitutional right have been targeting Supreme Court justices for months since the initial leak of the overturning of Roe v. Wade back in early May.

Many of the targeted demonstrations aimed at the conservative justices on the high court were observed as being unlawful by numerous legal experts, citing federal law that prohibits targeted harassing/protesting of judges at places like their personal residences.

But the latest episode regarding Justice Kavanaugh is hardly the worst that he’s personally endured from the pro-abortion crowd, as the Supreme Court justice was the target of an attempted assassination back in June.

Federal prosecutors charged 26-year-old Nicholas John Roske with attempted murder, with CNN reporting he was in possession of “a Glock-17 pistol, a tactical knife, two magazines, a speed loader, ammunition, pepper spray, zip ties and tools including a hammer, screwdriver, nail punch and crowbar,” when taken into custody nearby Justice Kavanaugh’s home.
