VP Harris Confused During Speech, Says “Joy” Numerous Times To Interviewer Joy Reid

Since President Joe Biden entered the White House, and even before, he presented himself as the great unifier the country needed. At the same time, Biden was the center of numerous memes and jokes as he stumbled and fumbled his words. Not to mention when he recently fell off of his bike. But standing alongside the President and having her own moments of absurdity is none other than Vice President Kamala Harris. Looking at her time within the Biden administration, she has been filmed slurring her words, repeating the same sentence several times, and not remembering what she was talking about. While Americans might be focused on Biden right now, Harris recently sat down with Joy Reid and seemed to have a fascination with the word joy.

Speaking with MSNBC host Joy Reid, Harris commented on the confirmation of Ketanji Brown Jackson, noting, “I will tell you, Joy, I experienced great joy when I watched this brilliant, phenomenal black woman, jurist, be so smart and just cut through the political gamesmanship they were attempting to incite. And she just was composed and, as far as I’m concerned, was taking a whole lot of people to school. And I watched with incredible joy because it was brilliance being displayed for the entire country to see, and I cannot wait to see, that will only be matched by the joy that I experience when I see her take the oath to be the next justice on the United States Supreme Court.”

For those who weren’t keeping count, Harris said the word “joy” four times in less than 30 seconds.

Having gone viral, comments pertaining to the video mocked Harris. “Between the look on her face & the pauses to find some words that will hide the fact that she watched none of the hearings is just more than I want to experience today.”

Another comment read, “have we ruled out day drinking? The way she speaks sometimes reminds me of someone who’s just a wee bit tipsy.”

And one person admitted, “That was me in fifth grade standing in front of class giving an oral report on a book I never picked up. The slow speech is called “running out the clock”.

I am making $92 an hour working from home. i was greatly surprised at the same time as my neighbour advised me she changed into averaging $ninety five however I see the way it works now. I experience mass freedom now that I’m my non-public boss. That is what I do.. http://www.profit97.com
