CHEVY CHASE, MD – Earlier Wednesday, Red Voice Media reported that a man was arrested early Wednesday morning not far from the home of United States Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh, and now we have an update on the situation.
The suspect has been identified as 26-year-old Nicholas John Roske, who traveled from Simi Valley California to attempt to make contact with the Justice, with nefarious purposes.
Additionally, he reportedly told police that he was “there to kill” Kavanaugh. He was not able to make it to the actual home of the Justice, just “near by.”
Roske arrived to the Justice’s home via taxi cab dressed in all black, and two US Marshals saw him get out of the vehicle pulling a suitcase and carrying a backpack, according to arrest records. Inside the backpack, police found several weapons and suspicious items, including a “black tactical chest rig and tactical knife,” a “pistol with two magazines and ammunition, pepper spray, zip ties, a hammer, a screwdriver, a nail punch, a crowbar, a pistol light and duct tape.”
The affidavit said that Roske’s plan was to break into Kavanaugh’s home, kill him, and then kill himself.
Apparently, Roske’s motivation was being upset over the Uvalde, Texas Robb Elementary School shooting, as well as the leaked draft opinion over Roe v. Wade. He traveled to Maryland with the explicit intent of “kill[ing] a specific United States Supreme Court Justice” because he was thinking “about how to give his life a purpose.”
The investigation into the matter is apparently being done by both the U.S. Marshals and the Montgomery County Police Department.
Of course this comes as activists around the nation have stepped up their protesting regarding abortion following a leaked draft Supreme Court opinion on overturning Roe v Wade, to include protesting outside of the conservative Justice’s homes. This has been encouraged by far-left activists, like the group “Ruth Sent Us,” who published the home addresses of Justices Amy Coney Barrett, John Roberts, Samuel Alito, Brett Kavanaugh, Clarence Thomas, and Neil Gorsuch.
The threats and protests got to the point where Congress had to enact legislation to further protect the Justices, and also had to erect a non-scalable fence outside of the Supreme Court building itself.
Far-left politicians have added to the danger in the matter, such as Lori Lightfoot executing a “call to arms” to the LGBT community. “To my friends in the LGBTQ+ community,” the lesbian Democrat mayor tweeted, “the Supreme Court is coming for us next. This moment has to be a call to arms. We will not surrender our rights without a fight – a fight to victory!”
Justice Clarence Thomas has said that the Justices will not be “bullied” by activists who seek to intimidate them into issuing the opinion they desire. Justice Thomas warned Americans about the attack on necessary institutions that are crucial pillars in a free society. “I think we are in danger of destroying the institutions that are required for a free society. You can’t have a civil society, a free society, without a stable legal system. You can’t have one without stability in things like property or interpretation and impartial judiciary. And I’ve been in this business long enough to know just how fragile it is. And the institution that I’m a part of, if someone said that one line of one opinion would be leaked by anyone, and you would say that, ‘Oh, that’s impossible. No one would ever do that. There’s such a belief in the rule of law, belief in the court, a belief in what we were doing that was verboten. It was beyond anyone’s understanding, or at least anyone’s imagination that someone would do that.”

In a true sense, the Not-So-Supreme Court has done this to itself. When the Court punted the issue of the fraudulent 2020 presidential election, the Court relegated itself as a “sometimes” agency. Sometimes it will take a case. Sometimes it won’t. It all depends. This flies in the face of rendering true and actual justice. The Court made a decision that not only hurt itself but is now sacrificing the United States to domestic terrorist Democrats.
Where is the arrests of rioters that firebombed clinic, Democrat government and Vice President installed and installed President encouraging this kind of behavior because they got away with it in the bloody summer of 2020, and they got away with jailing real peaceful protesters against a rigged election , they even got away with murdering two Trump supporters with propaganda media backing them up every step of the way. This is who supporters the Democrats work for and now they want our guns I say they can kiss my a$$.
