The long-awaited decision in the Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization has finally been released Friday morning. The case stemmed out of the State of Mississippi, who has a state law that bans abortion after 15 weeks of gestation.

Protesters from both sides of the issue are already on scene voicing their opinions, which you can see in the live stream video below.

While the decision ends the blanket ability for women to receive an abortion, the issue will return to the states, who will make their own decisions regarding the legality of abortions.

In the court’s opinion, Justice Samuel Alito wrote, “We end this opinion where we began. Abortion presents a profound moral question. The Constitution does not prohibit the citizens of each State from regulating or prohibiting abortion. Roe and Casey arrogated that authority. We now overrule those decisions and return that authority to the people and their elected representatives.”

The decision was delayed following an unprecedented leak of a draft write-up of the case, a mystery that has not yet been solved. Politico dropped a bombshell article revealing the leak, titled, “Supreme Court has voted to overturn abortion rights, draft opinion shows.”

In Red Voice Media’s previous report regarding the leaked Supreme Court opinion draft,  Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito wrote that when it came to cases like Roe. Wade and Planned Parenthood v. Casey, there simply wasn’t anything within the Constitution that could be construed as abortion being an enumerated right.

The draft opinion read, in part, “The Constitution makes no reference to abortion, and no such right is implicitly protected by any constitutional provision, including the one on which the defenders of Roe and Casey now chiefly rely the – Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment. That provision has been held to guarantee some rights that are not mentioned in the Constitution, but any such right must be ‘deeply rooted in this nation’s history and tradition’ and ‘implicit in the concept of ordered liberty.’…The right to abortion does not fall within this category. Until the latter part of the 20th century, such a right was entirely unknown in American law.”

Part of the reason for the delay, one could surmise, was allowing law enforcement across the nation to prepare for the probable rioting that will undoubtedly occur in response to the decision. This has already occurred in many areas so far simply based on the leak alone, including Portland, Oregon, Vancouver, Washington, New York, and more.

While the far left is poised to have a “revolution” over the matter, as encouraged even by politicians, legacy media such as CNN are reporting that people must watch out for “far right” violence when people are out protesting against the decision.

Jane’s Revenge, a radical leftist pro-abortion group, is now making domestic terrorist threats against pro-life pregnancy centers. They’ve already claimed responsibility for acts of violence and vandalism at pregnancy centers around the country. Last week, they upped the ante and promised to escalate their violence with the recent release of a statement promising more. The threats have gone publicly ignored by any law enforcement entity.

In just one example of politician involvement, New Hampshire Democrat Senator Jeanne Shaheen said last November (prior, even, to the leak), “I hope the Supreme Court is listening to the people of the United States because – to go back to Adam Sexton’s question – I think if you want to see a revolution go ahead, outlaw Roe v. Wade and see what the response is of the public, particularly young people. Because I think that will not be acceptable to young women or young men.”

Despite the warning of violence, so far, as Red Voice Media has previously reported, 26 states stand to enact some type of abortion ban on their own now that they’re allowed to make their own decision on the matter.
