Hundreds of protestors who were present at Capitol Hill on January 6th have been arrested for their alleged role in the supposed riot that Vice President Kamala Harris compared to Pearl Harbor. But with all those now-labeled domestic terrorists who will stand trial for their alleged crimes, one Ray Epps is not among them.

Hoping to get more information about the mysterious Epps, Senator Ted Cruz decided to ask none other than an assistant director to the National Security branch of the FBI, Jill Sanborn.

For those who might not know, Ray Epps was described by Fox New’s Will Cain as “on the front line between rioters and Capitol Police on January 6. Two days later,” Cain continued, “on January 8, the FBI placed Ray Epps on the Most Wanted list. He remained there until July 1st, which was a day after the New York Times reported that Epps had encouraged Trump supporters to breach the Capitol. But unlike almost every other person near the Capitol on January 6th, including people who didn’t even enter the building or commit any violence, Ray Epps has never been charged with a crime.

“He hasn’t even been arrested.”

Confused and wanting to know more, in the video below, Cruz not only went after Sanborn but the whole FBI and DOJ. He asked, “Ms. Sanborn, was Ray Epps a fed? How many FBI agents or confidential informants actively participated in the events of January 6th?”

Are you embarrassed that Joe Biden is our "president"?

Refusing to answer most of the questions presented by Cruz, no matter who she was speaking to, the Senator finally asked, “A lot of Americans are concerned that the federal government deliberately encouraged illegal and violent conduct on January 6. This is not an ordinary law enforcement question, this is about public accountability. Did federal agents or those in service of federal agents actively encourage violent and criminal conduct on January 6?”

Sanborn insisted, “Not to my knowledge, sir.”
