Thanks to President Joe Biden’s infrastructure bill, there is a new position in D.C. to lead the transportation committee. While the infrastructure bill continues to struggle gaining support, it appears that House Speaker Nancy Pelosi already has the perfect candidate for the job. Holding one of the chairs on the Highways and Transit Subcommittee, Pelosi believed that Democrat Eleanor Holmes Norton would be the best fit for the new role. The only problem, it appears that Norton can’t drive.

It should come as no surprise Pelosi’s candidate would be somewhat of a wild card given that she has been filmed the last few months slurring her words, stumbling off stage, and appearing to be out of sorts. Still, her recent decline hasn’t stopped her from naming Norton as the best person for the job. But as mentioned above, there is just one small problem: Norton can’t drive.

This is not just an opinion, as the video below shows Norton trying to pull her car into a parking space. Even when the video started, Norton’s car is already at an angle that is hilariously confusing. And to make it worse, she repeatedly hit the car beside her.

Although Norton clearly has an issue driving, it should be noted that she was born in 1937, making her 84-years-old.
