For the past year, the Democrats have taken every available opportunity to remind Americans that it was Trump supporters who tried to overthrow the government on January 6 when they supposedly stormed the Capitol Hill building. That narrative has become the main weapon for the Democrats when discussing the idea of former President Donald Trump running for office again. But what is interesting is how the Democrats are so fast to claim an insurrection by domestic terrorists as long as they aren’t the ones behind it. When it is their doing, then it changes to progress.
Just take Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer, for example. Before she was the center of a kidnapping plot that appeared to be concocted more by the FBI than the supposed extremists involved, Whitmer managed her own riot when she led a horde of protestors right into the Michigan State Capitol in 2012.
In the video above, Whitmer addresses the crowd, telling them that she was going to fight before asking them the same. What would follow would be a massive crowd of aggressors clashing with Republicans who supported the Right To Work proposed by the GOP. But Whitmer is still in office, and not only that, she has openly bragged about her attack on the political process before.
Still, as there is video proof Whitmer helped fuel and led a riot of the Michigan State Capitol, the Democrats continue to harp on how Trump tried to create a Civil War that was somehow comparable to 9/11 and Pearl Harbor.
