DELAWARE COUNTY, PA – Officials in Pennsylvania have been caught on video attempting to recreated data that conveniently went missing from the 2020 election.

A whistleblower who was a contract employee for Delaware County, Regina Miller, started secretly recording officials after she witnessed them acting in a way she felt was concerning, according to a source familiar with the incident and connected lawsuit. One official on a video was caught bragging that the local district attorney (a Democrat) “owes” him, presumably after the fraudulent reproductive work he was performing.

The lawsuit that was filed last month against the county and election officials for their alleged violation of state election laws was partially based on Miller’s recordings. In the lawsuit, it’s alleged that election data was destroyed in May of this year after a Right to Know Request was filed in the county, which “requested the final certified return sheets from the Nov. 3, 2020 general election for all Delaware County precincts, as well as the tapes from the voting machines.”

Red Voice Media previously reported on the videos captured by the unnamed-at-the-time whistleblower that showed election officials destroying records and materials.

Now, the two new videos show two officials talking about using “blank” V-drives (“thumb drives that record the results from election machines, to recreate the election results reported by the county”).

James Savage, chief custodian and voting machine warehouse supervisor for the 2020 election, was featured in at least one video, discussing “recreating data” with another official off-camera.

The unseen official suggests a way to recreate the data for “these jokers,” and “then create another set for the next set of jokers.” He suggests, “We cut it up and then we create a permanent record. We scan those cut, copied sheets in.”

“The first part has a lot of work,” Savage responds, “but it might save us work in the long run, if it’s gonna be a drip, drip, drip,”

Savage then asks if the approach will be going to every machine to put in a blank V-drive, to which the off-camera official agrees.

Director of Delaware County election operations, is heard in a different video telling Savage, “Then get rid of the pads and the second scanners.”

Savage tells Allen they can’t talk about it anymore, because “It’s a felony.” Savage then allegedly “encouraged a private conversation to continue the conversation of the removal of the pads and scanners due to other Delaware County employees and [contract employee] Regina Miller [being present].”

Despite all video evidence, Delaware County District Attorney Jack Stollsteimer said “there are no allegations any elections were stolen, and there is no legitimacy to any allegation the election in Delaware County was tainted.” He still opened an investigation into the allegations.

Delaware County Executive Director Howard Lazarus said that the investigation was opened because “it’s the district attorney’s job to investigate complaints. We are confident that in the end the allegations will be proven to be fabricated and wholly without merit, and that our systems are worthy of your trust.”
